Amendment of the City <br />Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of <br />the City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby <br />amended by changing the classitira- <br />tion on the City of Hugo Zoning Map <br />from Neighborhood Samoa (NS) to <br />General Business (C-2), on approxi- <br />mately 1.9 acres of property located at <br />the southeast comer of TH 61 (Forest <br />Boulevard) and CSAH 8 (140th Street <br />Nath). Full legal description available <br />at Hugo City Hall. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
