CITY OF HUGO ORDINANCE NO. 2010-439 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AMENDING CHAPTER 6, SECTION 85, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PAYMENT OF PENALITIES FOR LIQUOR LAW VIOLATION, AND AMENDING CHAPTER 30, FEES. WHEREAS, the City Council established fees for civil penalities for liquor law violations by Resolution 2000-4, and, WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of including these civil penalities for liquor law violations in the Fee Schedule; and, NOW, THERFORE, it is ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, that Chapter 6, Section 85, and Chapter 30-2 of the City Code of the City of Hugo is hereby amended as follows: Section 6-85. Payment of penalty. Once such notice is given, the alleged violator shall, within 30 days of the time of issuance of the notice, pay the amount set forth in the fee schedule for the violation, or the alleged violator may request a hearing, in writing, as provided in section 6-86. The penalty shall be made payable to "The City of Hugo" and may be paid in person or by mail. Sec 30-2. Fee Schedule. Fees shall be as follows and included in the fee schedule.
