Ordinance 2010-446 <br />(F) A person may not discharge a firearm within 500 feet of a stockade or corral containing <br />livestock without the written permission of the owner, occupant, or lessee. <br />(G) Controlled Shooting Area <br />(a) Adopted as a part of the ordinance, and attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />Exhibit `A', is the Controlled Shooting Area Map designating a controlled shooting <br />area within the City. In addition to the other requirements outlined in this <br />ordinance, land that is within the Controlled Shooting Area is subject to the <br />following restrictions: <br />(1) A person may not discharge a firearm or controlled weapon within 500 feet of <br />a building capable of being occupied by a human or livestock, including <br />buildings located on adjacent properties. <br />(2) A person may not discharge a firearm or controlled weapon within 500 feet of <br />a stockade or corral containing livestock, including stockades or corrals <br />located on adjacent properties. <br />(3) A person may not discharge a firearm or controlled weapon within 500 feet of <br />any public road. <br />(H) The discharge of a firearm is prohibited within the ordinary high water mark of Bald Eagle <br />Lake and within 300 feet inland thereof. <br />(I) Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any part of <br />this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this Ordinance <br />not specifically included with that judgment. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
