A <br />A <br />ORDINANCE 2010- 447 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING AND LAND USE) OF THE CITY CODE <br />TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF 158x" STREET AND <br />WEST OF ONEKA PARKWAY <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban Service (FUS) to Single Family Detached <br />Residential (R-3) and two existing outlots in Heritage Ponds from Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) to Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and legally described <br />as follows: <br />THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF <br />SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST, WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY, MN. <br />.ep <br />OUTLOT J, HERITAGE PONDS FIRST ADDITION <br />:►p <br />OUTLOT A, HERITAGE PONDS THIRD ADDITION <br />Section 2.
