ORDINANCE 2010-447 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING AND LAND USE) OF THE CITY <br />CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF 158TH <br />STREET AND WEST OF ONEKA PARKWAY <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code Chapter 90 of the City <br />Code of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing <br />the classification on the City of Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban <br />Service (FUS) to Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and two ex- <br />isting outlots in Heritage Ponds from Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />to Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and legally described as <br />follows: <br />THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER <br />OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN. <br />AND <br />OUTLOT J, HERITAGE PONDS FIRST ADDITION <br />AND <br />OUTLOT A, HERITAGE PONDS THIRD ADDITION <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
