RESOLUTION 2015-17 <br />APPROVOING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />ALLOW A TEMPORARY GREENHOUSE FOR SEASONAL OUTDOOR <br />RETAIL SALES ON PROPERTY WEST OF HIGHWAY 61 AND SOUTH OF <br />146TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Joseph Marier has requested approval of an interim use permit to allow <br />temporary greenhouse for seasonal outdoor retail sales on property located west of <br />Highway 61 and south of 146"' Street. <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said interim use permit at a duly <br />called public hearing, and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />interim use permit for Joseph Marier to allow temporary greenhouse for seasonal outdoor <br />retail sales on property located west of Highway 61 and south of 146"' Street, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The site plan dated February 20, 2015, shall be followed. <br />2. The use is allowed to be held seven days a week starting April 20'h through July <br />31 th. <br />3. The greenhouse is allowed to be open between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday <br />through Saturday and between 10:00 am and 6 pm on Sundays. <br />4. Car stops shall be located in front of each parking space. <br />5. Outdoor display of merchandise is allowed on the east side of the greenhouse. <br />6. One employee shall be allowed. <br />7. Hugo Feed Mill will be the only vendor selling products from the property. <br />8. The products sold shall be plants, such as, tomatoes, peppers, and flowers, as well <br />as, garden products. <br />9.
