RESOLUTION 2013-24 <br />APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR XCEL ENERGY INC. FOR "ROY <br />MOLITOR 2nd ADDITION" LOCATED SOUTH OF 140" STREET AND WEST <br />OF FENWAY BOULEVARD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Xcel Energy Inc. has requested approval of a final plat to plat 1 lot and 1 <br />outlot to be known as "Roy Molitor 2"d Addition" located south of 1401h Street and west <br />of Fenway Boulevard and is legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A, Roy Molitor Addition <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final <br />plat to Xcel Energy for "Roy Molitor 2"d Addition" subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A final plat is approved to allow the creation of 1 lot and 1 outlot, in accordance <br />with the plans received by the City on June 3, 2013, except as amended by this <br />resolution. <br />2. The final plat shall be subject to the preliminary plat approval granted by the City <br />Council on July 1, 2013, and as maybe amended. (Resolution # 2013-23). <br />Development is subject to the BP district standards and setbacks. No variances <br />are granted or implied. <br />4. The development shall comply with the comments in the Engineer's memo dated <br />June 5, 2013. <br />The following conditions shall be met prior to the issuance of building permits: <br />The applicant shall file the final plat and associated documents with Washington <br />County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br />2. The applicant shall submit one full set of approved final plans to the City. <br />3. A site plan application shall be submitted for review and approval by the City. All <br />conditions listed in the site plan resolution shall be met. <br />4. The developer shall pay the sewer and water trunk fees, SAC and WAC fees, and <br />the stormwater trunk fees, in full at the time a building permit is issued. All <br />associated development fees shall also be paid in full. <br />
