RESOLUTION 2015-22 <br />APPROVING VARIANCES FOR MICHAEL AND DEBRA PETRONACK IN <br />THE LARGE LOT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT FOR <br />AN ACCESSORY BUILDING LOACTION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT12997 <br />ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Michael and Debra Petonack have requested approval of a variance from the <br />accessory building ordinance to allow an accessory building to protrude in fi-ont of a <br />principal building, on property legally described as; <br />LOT I & 2, BLOCK 3, Kellison Addition <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public <br />hearing on April 23, 2015, and recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />Prior to the issuance of a building pernlit: <br />1. Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Kellison Addition shall be combine into one parcel. <br />The accessory building shall meet all setback requirements in the Large Lot <br />Single Family (R-1) zoning district. <br />3. The lowest floor of the accessory building shall be 4 feet above any known water <br />table. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />variance request for Michael and Debra Petronack from the accessory building ordinance <br />to allow an accessory building to protrude in front of a principal building. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 4" day of May, 2015. <br />Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Aiheleli-ndau, City Clerk <br />
