CITY OF HUGO <br />RESOLUTION 2015-24 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION TO THE <br />LEGISLATIVE-CITIZEN COMMISSION ON MINNESOTA RESOURCES (LCCMR) <br />FOR THE FUNDINGi, INTEGRATED WATER MANAGEMENTPLANSFOR <br />LOCAL GOVERNMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo is a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State <br />of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the application shall request funds from the Environmental and Natural Resources <br />Trust fund through the LCCMR; and <br />WHEREAS, the application shall request funds to be allocated towards the research and <br />implementation of an Integrated Water Management Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the application shall request funds for an Integrated Water Management Plan <br />specific to the City of Hugo; and <br />WHEREAS; the City Council considered the application submittal at their regular meeting on <br />May 4, 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hugo hereby <br />approves the development of the LCCMR application for funding towards Integrated Water <br />Management Plans; <br />BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hugo hereby authorizes <br />submittal of the application to the LCCMR for consideration. <br />Whereupon said resolution was moved for adoption by Weidt and duly seconded by Klein <br />Council members voting AYE: Haas, Klein, Petryk, Miron, Weidt <br />Council members voting NAY: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted thi <br />ATTEST: <br />—/" \, \ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
