CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2009 - 432 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 30, SECTION 2, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO <br />FEES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of establishing a uniform system of fees for <br />requests relating to official controls, information, permits, applications or other matters handled <br />by the City, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City conducted a thorough study of its fees in relation to sewer and water <br />connection fees, and wishes to amend said fees. <br />NOW, THERFORE, it is ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, that Chapter 30, Section 2 of the City Code of the City of Hugo is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Existing City Code Section 30-2 is deleted in its <br />entirety and replaced with the following: <br />Sec 30-2. Fee Schedule. <br />Fees shall be as established below. The fee shall be doubled for after -the -fact permit applications, <br />and the Uniform Building Code establishes a fee schedule for grading permits. <br />TABLE INSET (SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A) <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
