PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />County of Ramsey) <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2010-450 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT <br />OF FEES, RATES AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of establishing a uniform system <br />of fees for requests relating to official controls, information, permits, ap- <br />plications or other matters handled by the City, and; <br />NOW, THERFORE, it is ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, that Chapter 30 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo is hereby established providing as follows: <br />Section 30-1. The City of Hugo is authorized to impose fees, rates or <br />charges and the same shall be enumerated in this section or elsewhere <br />in this Code. In the event of any conflict between this section and any <br />other provision of the Code, this section shall control. <br />Section 30-2. Fees established pursuant hereto are found.on the at- <br />tachment hereto: <br />1. The fee shall be doubled for after -the fact permit applications. <br />2. The Uniform Building Code establishes a fee schedule for <br />grading permits. <br />Section 30-3. Severability. In the event that a court of competent <br />jurisdiction adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judg- <br />ment shall not affect any other provision of this Ordinance no specifically <br />included within that judgment. <br />Section 30-4. Not Exclusive. This Ordinance shall not limit or preclude <br />any other fee, rates or charges required by this Code. <br />Section 30-5. Effective Date.
