THE FULL TEXT OF THE ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR <br />PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE HUGO CITY HALL DURING REGULAR <br />BUSINESS HOURS. <br />TITLE: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 90, SECTION 90-109 <br />FUTURE URBAN SERVICE DISTRICT <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: <br />Sec. 90-109. Future urban service district (FUS). <br />(a) States the purpose of the Future Urban Service District. The <br />intent of the district is to promote the preservation of large parcels <br />that are unencumbered by inefficient building and road layouts, and <br />to give notice to landowners that future extension of a full range of <br />urban services into the area is likely. The pending future land uses <br />could be any use consistent with the city's comprehensive plan. <br />(b) Outlines the permitted uses allowed in the zoning district. <br />Revisions were made to the uses. <br />(c) Outlines the accessory uses allowed in the zoning district. <br />Revisions were made to the uses. <br />(d) Outlines the conditional uses allowed in the zoning district. <br />Revisions were made to the uses. <br />(e) Provides a table inset that outlines the lot requirements for the <br />zoning district. The minimum lot size what revised from 1 unit per <br />10 acres to 1 unit per 20 acres. <br />Please note this title and summary of this Ordinance clearly informs the <br />public of the intent and affect of the Ordinance and conforms to Minn. <br />Stat. § 412.191. The ordinances are available on the City website for <br />further review.
