General business district (C-2). <br />(a) Purpose. The purpose of the C-2, general business district is to provide for the establishment <br />of service and freestanding commercial businesses, including retail sales, offices, and <br />restaurants, which are oriented toward motorists and require high volumes of traffic and visibility <br />from major roads. <br />(b) Permitted uses. The following are permitted in the C-2 district: <br />(1) All permitted uses as allowed in the C-1, central business district. <br />(2) Amusement centers. <br />(3) Convenience Store (refer to section 90-219) <br />(4) Drive-through business <br />(5) Hardware stores. <br />(6) Hotels and motels. <br />
