Ordinance 2010-453 <br />(14) Recycling center (refer to section 90-257) <br />(15) Multitenant retail building <br />(16) Schools ( refer to section 90-260) <br />(17) Trade or vocational schools. <br />(18) Used car, farm machinery, marine, and motor home sales and display areas when not <br />operated as a part of new item franchise dealership. <br />(19) Veterinary clinic --large animal. <br />(e) Area requirements and construction limitations. The following minimum requirements shall <br />be observed in a C-2 district subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set <br />forth in this chapter: <br />TABLE INSET: <br />Minimum lot or parcel size <br />20,000 sq. ft. <br />Minimum lot width at front setback line <br />100 ft. <br />Minimum lot width for corner lots <br />130 ft. <br />Minimum lot depth <br />250 ft. <br />Minimum lot depth -double frontage lot <br />250 ft. <br />Minimum front yard building setback <br />30 ft. <br />Minimum side yard building setback <br />30 ft. <br />Minimum rear yard building setback <br />30 ft. <br />Maximum building height <br />35 ft. <br />Maximum lot area to be covered by buildings <br />35% <br />Maximum lot area to be covered by impervious surface <br />80% <br />Maximum building size of principal building <br />2,000 sq. ft. <br />Maximum combined size and number of <br />accessory buildings, excluding garages <br />Refer to section 90-204 <br />Sec. 90-105. Restricted industrial district (11I-1). <br />(d) Conditional uses. Following are conditional uses allowed in the RI -1 district and require a <br />conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by section 90-37. <br />Additionally, besides the specific standards and criteria, which may be cited below for respective <br />conditional uses, each request for a conditional use permit shall be evaluated, based upon the <br />standards and criteria in section 90-37. <br />(1) Accessory, enclosed retail, rental, or service activity other than that allowed as a <br />permitted use or conditional use. <br />(2) Antennas (refer to article VI, division 2, of this chapter). <br />(3) Campus development (refer to section 90-212). <br />13 <br />
