Central business district (C-1). <br />(a) Purpose. The purpose of the central business zoning district (C-1) is to provide for the <br />establishment of a downtown which is a blend of cultural, recreational, civic, entertainment, <br />retail sales, and office uses. Businesses requiring exterior storage for processing, retail sales, or <br />wholesale activities are not permitted in this district. <br />(b) Permitted use. The following are permitted in the C-1 district: <br />(1) Art supply shop <br />(2) Bakery goods and baking of goods for retail sales on the premises. <br />01 <br />
