ORDINANCE 2008-419 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE <br />REGULATION) SECTION 1010-100.1 DEFINITIONS <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Sections 1010-100.1, Definitions, <br />of the Hugo City Comprehensive Land Use Regulations to state the following: <br />Plainly Audible: means any sound that can be detected by a person using his or her unaided <br />hearing faculties. The enforcement officers need not to determine the title of a song, specific <br />words, or the artist performing the song. The detection of the rhythmic bass component of the <br />music is sufficient to constitute a plainly audible sound <br />Section 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any part of this <br />Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this Ordinance not <br />specifically included with that judgment. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
