CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2008 - 426 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES, RATES AND CHARGES <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2008 - 426 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES, RATES AND <br />CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of establishing a uniform system of fees for requests <br />relating to official controls, information, permits, applications or other matters handled by the City, <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the City conducted a thorough study of its fees in relation to the costs associ- <br />ated with administering the City Code, including the official controls. <br />NOW, THERFORE, it is ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, that Chapter 91 of the City Code of the City of Hugo is hereby established providing <br />as follows: <br />Section 91-1. The City of Hugo is authorized to impose fees, rates or charges and the same <br />shall be enumerated in this section or elsewhere in this Code. In the event of any conflict between <br />this section and any other provision of the Code, this section shall control. <br />Section 91-2. Fees established pursuant hereto are found on the attachment hereto <br />1. The fee shall be doubled for after -the fact permit applications. <br />2. The Uniform Building Code establishes a fee schedule for grading permits. <br />Section 91-3, Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges <br />any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this <br />Ordinance no specifically included within that judgment. <br />Section 91-4. Not Exclusive. This Ordinance shall not limit or preclude any other fee, rates <br />or charges required by this Code. <br />Section 91-5. Effective Date.
