ORDINANCE NO. 2007- 408 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />AMENDING HUGO CITY CODE CHAPTER 150 REGULATING THE <br />CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR, BEER, AND WINE TO ALLOW THE SALE OF <br />STRONG BEER WITH AN ON -SALE WINE LICENSE AND A 3.2 LICENSE <br />PROVIDING 60% OF GROSS RECEIPTS ARE ATTRIBUTED TO FOOD SALES <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Hugo City Code, <br />Chapter 150, Section 4, Subdivision 7 On -Sale Wine License by adding the following: <br />"The holder of an on -sale wine license, who is also licensed to sell 3.2 on -sale liquor, is <br />allowed to sell intoxicating malt liquors on -sale without obtaining an intoxicating liquor license <br />provided at least 60 percent of the gross receipts are from food sales." <br />Section 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any <br />part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this <br />Ordinance no specifically included within that judgment. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
