ORDINANCE 2007-411 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 221 ( PARKS, RECREATION, AND <br />OPEN SPACE COMMISSION) OF THE CITY CODE AMENDING SECTION <br />221.5 SUBDIVISION A TO REPLACE THE NUMBER OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FROM SEVEN TO NINE <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby delete sentence one <br />two, and three of Section 221.5 Subd. A in its entirety and replace with the following <br />language: <br />Subd. A The Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission shall consist of nine <br />voting members, all eligible voters in the City. <br />Section 2 Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction <br />adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any <br />other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with that judgment. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
