ORDINANCE NO. 2006404 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE <br />REGULATIONS) OF THE CITY CODE AMENDING SECTIONS 1010 TO <br />DEFINE A MEAT PROCESSING FACILITY, SECTION 1120 TO ALLOW A <br />MEAT PROCESSING FACILITY AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE <br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (C-2), AND SECTION 1195, TO ESTABLISH <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR SUCH FACILITIES <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Sections <br />1010-100.1, 1120-020.1 1120-040.1, and 1195-050.1, of the Hugo City Comprehensive <br />Land Use Regulations by allowing a Meat Processing Facility as an accessory use to a <br />Meat Market with a Conditional Use Permit. <br />Section 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction <br />adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any <br />other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with that judgment. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
