ORDINANCE 2005-398 <br />AN AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE <br />TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF FOREST BOULEVARD <br />AND SOUTH OF 148TH STREET NORTH <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map from Central Residential (CR -3) to Central Business (C-1) with <br />respect to the .7 -acre parcel, legally described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
