ORDINANCE 2004-390 <br />AN AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE <br />TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF ELMCREST AVENUE, <br />WEST OF ELMCRESTAVENUE AND NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 8 <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the Cites. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban Reserve to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with <br />respect to the 125.28 -acre parcel, legally described as follows: <br />The southwest quarter of the northwest quarter and the north half of the southwest <br />quarter, Section 18, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, located in Washington <br />County, Minnesota. <br />Together with <br />The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 31 North, <br />Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
