CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE 2004-392 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE <br />CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED WEST OF GOODVIEW <br />AVENUE, SOUTH OF 145TH AVENUE <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map from Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) with respect to the 19 -acre site, legally described as follows: <br />Government Lot 1, Section 29, Township 31 North, Range 21 West 100 feet and <br />except the south 600 feet thereof, according to the United States Government <br />Survey thereof, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Section 2.
