ORDINANCE 2003-372 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF <br />THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF <br />122ND STREET AND WEST OF EVERTON AVENUE NORTH <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map from R-1 (Large Lot Single Family Residential) to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) with respect to the 12.16 -acre parcel, legally described as follows: <br />Outlots C, H, I and J, Lake Estates, Washington County, Minnesota <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
