All building permits and related fees shall be established by Council resolution. <br />301.05 Surcharges: <br />In addition to the permit fee required under Section 3 above, the applicant for a Ch ed for V.00/INCH <br />building permit shall pay a surcharge to be remitted to the Minnesota Department of afly <br />Administration as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes 16B.70 matter.
