<br />NCE OF PERMITS AND COLLECTION OF FEES THEREFORE; DECLARING MINNESOTA)
<br />ESTABLISHING FIRE DISTRICT AND REQUIRING SUMP PUMPS IN RESI-
<br />DENTIAL BUILDINGS: PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, Ramsey)
<br />AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
<br />THEREWITH.
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MIN-
<br />NESOTA, DOES ORDAIN: ;her, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn, on
<br />301.01 State Building Code Adopted.
<br />The 2003 Minnesota State Building Code, established pursuant to Minnesota at I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent and an

<br />Rules. The Minnesota State Building Code shall be enforced within the incorporated

<br />Certificate of Occupancy. The City hereby adopts Chapter 1305.0109, Section 109, TITLE:
<br />"Certificate of Occupancy" of the Minnesota State Building Code requiring certificates
<br />of occupancy for Group R, Division III Occupancies: Group V Occupancies and manu-
<br />factured homes. y

<br />Permits shall be issued, inspection conducted, and fees collected as provided in
<br />Minnesota Statutes 16B.62, Chapter 1 of the UBC, and Minnesota Rules 1305.0106
<br />and 1305.017. The following fees shall be charged:

<br />C. Where work for which a permit is required is started or proceeded with prior to ,lassified rate paid by
<br />obtaining said permit, the permit fee shall be double, but the payment of such double
<br />fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with existing codes or ordinancesClal users for in the execution of the work nor from any other applicable penalties.
<br />D. The fees and charges listed herein are exclusive of fees and charges required by able space. (I -me, word or inch rate)

<br />exceed actual expenses incurred, may be required in such instances where repeated

<br />F. All building permits and related fees shall be established by Council resolution.
<br />301.05 Surcharges:
<br />In addition to the permit fee required under Section 3 above, the applicant for a Ch ed for V.00/INCH
<br />building permit shall pay a surcharge to be remitted to the Minnesota Department of afly
<br />Administration as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes 16B.70 matter. (Line, word or inch rate
<br />301.06 Repeal. )
<br />All ordinances in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are
<br />hereby repealed; specifically Ordinance 1995-303.
<br />301.07 Effective Date.
<br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and pub-
<br />lication according to law.
<br />This ordinance was passed and adopted by the Hugo City Council this 2nd day of
<br />September 2003.
