ORDINANCE 2003 — 379 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF <br />THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE REGULATIONS TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN <br />LAND LOCATED WEST OF HIGHWAY 61 BETWEEN 140TH STREET AND <br />150TH STREET <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map from Central Business District to Future Central Business District <br />with respect to parcels identified on Exhibit A on file at Hugo City Hall. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
