SECTION 1085 — MEDIUM DENSITY MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT Section 4. Adoption of Hugo City Code Chapter 320, Hugo Comprehensive Land Use Regulations. The official copy of the ordinance on file with the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as if herein printed in full. Section 5 Enactment. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective from and after its passage and publication.
