ORDINANCE 2002-367 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE <br />CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF EVERTON <br />AVENUE NORTH IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF SECTION 18, <br />TOWNSHIP 31, RANGE 21 <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the Cites. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban Reserve to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with <br />respect to the 186 -acre parcel, legally described as follows: <br />Parcel 1: <br />NE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 31, Range 21, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Abstract <br />Parcel 2: <br />NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 31, Range 21, Washington <br />County, Minnesota; <br />EXCEPT <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of <br />SE 1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty-one (3 1) North, Range <br />Twenty-one (21) West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of Section 18; thence <br />Northerly along the North-South Quarter line of Section 18 a distance of <br />1521 feet to the point of beginning; thence Easterly at right angles, a <br />distance of 436 feet; thence Southerly at right angles, a distance of 200 <br />feet, more or less, to the South line of NW 1/4 - SE 1/4 of Section 18; <br />thence Westerly along the South line of NW 1/4 - SE 1/4 of Section 18, a <br />distance of 436 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of NW 1/4 - SE <br />1/4 of Section 18; thence Northerly, along the North-South Quarter line of <br />Section 18, a distance of 200 feet more or less to the point of beginning, <br />containing two acres more or less, and subject to the existing township <br />road along the West line thereof, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />AND EXCEPT <br />
