<br />GOVERNING ADJOURNMENT OF REGULAR
<br />MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
<br />WHEREAS, Chapter 20-1, Subd. B of the
<br />I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn, on
<br />Hugo City Code provides that the regular meet-
<br />ings of the City Council shall be adjourned no
<br />oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent and
<br />later than 11:00 p.m.; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has observed
<br />an employee of the newspaper known as White Bear Press, and that I have
<br />that, when meetings extend until 11:00 p.m., the
<br />quality of the deliberation and discussion is
<br />full knowledge of the facts which are stated below:
