PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE 2000-338 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 <br />OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED <br />"ZONING' BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED <br />REAL PROPERTY <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, hereby <br />ordains: <br />The zoning classification of the real proper- <br />ty described as follows, to wit: <br />That part of the Northwest 1/4 of the <br />urthwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 31, <br />ange 21, Washington County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Commencing at the inter- <br />section of the South line of said tract and the <br />East right-of-way State Trunk Highway No. 61 <br />as now widened to 111 feet; thence Northerly <br />along said highway right-of-way line a distance <br />of 399.23 feet to the actual point of beginning of <br />the land to be described; thence continuing <br />Northerly along said Highway right-of-way line a <br />distance of 102.17 feet; thence East parallel to <br />the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4 a distance of 136.56 feet; thence <br />Easterly on a straight line and its extension to a <br />point distant 173.36 feet East as measured <br />along said parallel line from the East right-of- <br />way line of State Trunk Highway No. 61 and <br />5.45 feet South from said parallel line for a dis- <br />tance of 21.68 feet; thence South on a line <br />drawn at right angles to the South line of said <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 for a dis- <br />tance of 96.74 feet; thence West parallel to the <br />South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4 a distance of 178.93 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning. <br />Abstract Property. <br />Shall be changed from its existing zoning <br />classification in the Rural Residential District to <br />a classification in the Residential Service <br />District. The official zoning map on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and <br />amended to show the changes in zoning district <br />classification for the above-described property <br />as set forth in this ordinance. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance shall <br />become effective from and after its adoption <br />and publication. <br />Upon roll call, the following voting AYE: <br />Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />Voting NAY: None <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared <br />passed and adopted this 6th day of March, <br />2000. <br />Walter L.
