CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000 -343 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY <br />CODE BY INCREASING THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED DRIVEWAY WIDTH FOR <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE URBAN AND CENTRAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING <br />DISTRICTS <br />(Fifth Amendment to Chapter 320) <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Hugo City Code, Chapter 320, Section 6.19 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />6.19. Driveways. K. Driveways must meet the minimum design requirements for the <br />zoning district in which they are located, as specified in Figure 6-3. However, in no case <br />shall the width of a driveway exceed 35 percent of the lot width, as measured at the <br />required front yard setback. <br />Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Hugo City Code, Chapter 320, Section 6.19 Figure <br />6-3, as it relates to driveway design requirements, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />FIGURE 6-3_ Drivewav De -ion Reanirements <br />Section 3.
