Amendment of City Code, Hugo City Code, Chapter 320, Section 6.19 is hereby amended to read as follows: 6.19. Driveways. K. Driveways must meet the minimum design requirements for the zoning district in which they are located, as specified in Figure 6-3. However, in no case shall the width of a driveway exceed 35 percent of the lot width, as measured at the required front yard setback. Section 2. Amendment of City Code.
