PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE 1999-330 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 <br />OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED <br />"ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED <br />REAL PROPERTY <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, hereby <br />ordains: The zoning classification of the real <br />property described as follows, to wit: <br />That part of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of <br />Section 29, T31N, R21W, Washington County, <br />MN described as follows: Commencing at the <br />N 1/4 corner of Section 29; thence South along <br />the East line of said N 1/2 of NW 1/4, a dis- <br />tance of 825 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence West, a distance of 362.5 feet to the <br />center of a drainage ditch; thence North 26 <br />degrees 14 minutes West, along said drainage <br />ditch, a distance of 150 feet; thence North 11 <br />degrees 31 minutes East, a distance of 595 <br />feet, more or less to the center line of CR8A, as <br />describes in easement deed dated 10/20/41, <br />recorded 10/21/41 in Book 136 of Deeds, page <br />607, in the register of Deeds office, Washington <br />)unty, MN, thence Southeasterly along said <br />ad center line a distance of 403 feet, more or <br />�s to the point of intersection with the East <br />line of the N 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 29; <br />thence South along said East line, a distance of <br />462 feet, more or less, to the point beginning. <br />Shall be changed from its existing zoning <br />classification in the Rural Residential 1 (RR1) <br />District to a classification in the Single Family <br />Unit (SFU). The official zoning map on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and <br />amended to show the changes in zoning dis- <br />trict classification for the above-described <br />property as set forth in this ordinance. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall <br />become effective from and after its adoption <br />and publication. <br />Upon roll call, the following voting Aye: <br />Barnes, Haas., Leroux, Stoltzman <br />Voting Nay: None <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared <br />passed and adopted this 19th day of January, <br />1999. <br />Waiter L.
