PIRINTFR'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF HUGO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE 1998-320 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 290-13, SUBD. B(3) f OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, does hereby ordain as follows. .01 That Section 290-13, Subd. B(3)f is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),' and substituting in place of that phrase the new phrase of "One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,350.00).- .02 Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication according to law. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, this 20th day of April, 1998.
