<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320
<br />OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED
<br />"ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING
<br />CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED
<br />REAL PROPERTY
<br />The City Council of the City of Hugo,
<br />Washington County, Minnesota, hereby
<br />ordains: The zoning classification of the real
<br />w
<br />property described as follows, to wit: .
<br />All that part of the NE 1/4 of Section 17,
<br />T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota
<br />that lies West of the West Line of the Right of
<br />Way of the Northern Pacific Railway Company
<br />(formerly St. Paul and Duluth Railway
<br />Company);
<br />AND
<br />The NW 1/4 of Section 17, T31N, R21W,
<br />Washington County, Minnesota, excepting
<br />therefrom the railroad right of way and the real
<br />estate described as follows: That parcel
<br />described in Warranty Deed dated and
<br />acknowledged March 20, Recorded November
<br />21, 1933, in Book 100 of deeds Page 273 con-
<br />veying five (5) acres of land, excepting roadway
<br />two (2) rods wide along the Easterly line thereof
<br />and excepting such portions of said land as has
<br />been previously conveyed to the St. Paul and
<br />Duluth Railroad Company for right-of-way pur-
<br />poses, said land described as: The S 1/2 of the
<br />SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section
<br />17, T31N, R21 W, Washington County,
<br />Minnesota
<br />shall be changed from its existing zoning
<br />classification in the Agricultural District to a
<br />classification in the Single Family Unit (SFU).
<br />The official zoning map on file in the office of
<br />the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended
<br />to show the changes in zoning district classifi-
<br />cation for the above-described property as set
<br />forth in this ordinance.
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall
<br />become effective from and atter its adoption
<br />and publication.
<br />Upon roll call, the following voting AYE:
<br />Arcand, Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron
<br />Voting NAY: None.
<br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared
<br />passed and adopted this 18th day of May,
<br />1998.
