AT 13997 FOREST <br />BOULEVARD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Quent Marier has requested approval of a site plan to construct a building <br />addition on the property located at 13997 Forest Boulevard North legally described as <br />follows: <br />See Attached Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and recommends <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan to Quentin Marier for a building addition on the property located at 13997 Forest <br />Boulevard subject to the following conditions: <br />I . All trash dumpsters shall be located in the back of the building. <br />2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign <br />permits. <br />3. There shall be no exterior storage of materials or equipment on site. There <br />will be a small amount of temporary exterior storage of equipment <br />allowed on the southwest side of the building during business hours. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />4. The site plan shall be revised to correct the conflict with an existing <br />parking lot light pole and the building addition. <br />5. All utility connections shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy: <br />6. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. <br />7. The wall mounted and pole mounted light fixtures shall be downcast cut- <br />off fixtures. All lights shall be reviewed and approve by staff prior to <br />installation. <br />8. The addition shall be painted to match the existing building. If the paint <br />does not match the existing building, the applicant shall repaint the entire <br />building. <br />
