I am the publisher of the THE CITIZEN,or the publisher's ORDINANCE 2015-471 <br /> designated agent. I have personal knowledge of the facts stated in AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 90(ZONING ORDINANCE)OF THE CITY CODE <br /> this Affidavit,which is made pursuant of Minnesota Statutes §331 A.07. TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF <br /> FRENCHMAN ROAD NORTH(COUNT ROAD 8)AND EAST OF <br /> EVERTON AVENUE NORTH <br /> 2. The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements to constitute a THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> qualified newspaper under Minnesota law,including those requirements Section 1. Amendment of the City Code, Chapter 90 of the City <br /> 331A.02.
