MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON JULY 6,2015 <br /> Call to Order <br /> Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Haas,Klein, Miron, Petryk,Weidt <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear,City Attorney Dave Snyder,City Engineer <br /> Jay Kennedy, Planner Rachel Juba,Community Development Intern Rachel Leitz, and City <br /> Clerk Michele Lindau <br /> June 2.2015 Executive Session <br /> Klein made motion, Miron seconded,to approve the minutes for the June 2,2015 Executive <br /> Session for the Administrator's review as presented. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> June 15.2015 City Council Meeting <br /> Klein made motion, Petryk seconded,to approve the minutes for the June 15, 2015 City Council <br /> meetings as presented. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> June 24-26.2015 LMC Conference <br /> Miron made motion,Klein seconded,to approve the minutes for the LMC Annual Conference <br /> held June 24-26,2015,amended to correct the attendance at the meeting. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Approval of the Aeg nda <br /> Weidt made motion,Haas seconded,to approve the agenda as amended to add an announcement <br /> of the Browns Creek Watershed District lake meeting and a presentation by Washington County <br /> Deputy Mark Rindfleisch. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Washington County Deputy Mark Rindfleisch <br /> Washington County Deputy Mark Rindfleisch thanked the Council for attending the Coffee <br /> with a Cop Event and said it was very well attended. Other cities have already shown an <br /> interest in having a similar event in their community. Mark stated the Department would like to <br /> hold these events on a regular basis to keep an open dialog between the Sheriff's Office and the <br /> residents. The Council agreed it was a great way to build community. <br />
