Mr. <br />McCullough is in the landscaping business. <br />Atkinson made motion, Vail seconded, that the City Council directs the <br />city staff to send a certified letter to the occupant of the address <br />listed on Mr. MCCullough's letter, inquiring about the allegation that a <br />business is being operated at his residence. <br />All ave. Motion Carried. <br />Atkinson made motion, Potts seconded, to approve the construction permit <br />applications submitted by NSP and Northwestern Bell, and that any future <br />permit applications be handled administratively with the assistance of the <br />city engineer. <br />All aye.
