May 5, 1986 <br />10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br />55 <br />Councilman Hauer discussed the Kubitschek/Peterson property on Bald Eagle Lake (Lot 7). <br />After review of Kubitschek's abstract by the city attorney, it was Johnson's opinion <br />that the lots were created in November, 1970, and should be considered "grandfather" <br />parcels, or legal non -conforming lots. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to rescind the previous motion regarding <br />the SUP's for the Kubitschek/Peterson property, and authorize the Mayor <br />and Clerk to sign the permits, subject to payment of all costs and fees. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Potts, Schwab, McAllister <br />ABSTAINED: Hauer <br />Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, that attorney Charles Johnson respond <br />to the Willard Harley letter, and forward a copy of same for the city's records. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Councilman Hauer received complaints regarding the parking of abandoned vehicles, and <br />was told to have the complaintant subject continents in writing to City Hall. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to adjourn at 10:45 PM. <br />All aye.
