July 7, 1986 <br />Harlee Anderson - cont. <br />79 <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the subdivision application of <br />Harlee Anderson (1986-21) to divide 22.8 acres into 3 parcels, subject to <br />the following conditions being met: <br />1. A registered certificate of survey be submitted. <br />2. Proof of ownership is provided. <br />3. The south one half of 125th Street be dedicated to the easterly property <br />line of the subdivision. <br />4. Parkland dedication, in the amount of $100.00, be paid. <br />5. At the present, it is the opinion of the City of Hugo that Fiona is <br />an impassable road, and may be so posted. <br />VOTING FOR: Hauer, Schwab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peltier, Potts <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Elsie Jasinski - Subdivision <br />Mrs. Jasinski is proposing the subdivision of the recently created 10A parcel located <br />at the southeast corner of Greystone and 175th Street. The Council stressed fact <br />that the City cannot subdivide property when existing buildings would cross property <br />lines. Mrs. Jasinski stated for the record that she would allow her son, Mike, to <br />tear down the necessary buildings as requested by the city. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the subdivision application <br />Of Elsie Jasinski to divide 10A into 2 5 acre parcels, subject to the fol- <br />lowing conditions: <br />1. The applicant pay a parkland dedication fee of $100.00. <br />2. The applicant, by accepting this subdivision, agrees that the two (2) <br />buildings extending across property lines of parcel B, as indicated <br />on Certificate of Survey dated March 8, 1985, will be removed. <br />3. The deed is not to be recorded until the Building Inspector certifies <br />that the buildings have been removed. <br />4. Suhmission of a new Certificate of Survey. <br />VOTING FOR: Hauer, Scwhab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peltier, Potts <br />Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, to grant a Special Use Permit for <br />Mike Jasinski to construct a 40 x 63 pole building. The Building Inspector <br />is authorized to release the Building Permit required for SUP (1986-25) after <br />the City Clerk has certified to him that she has received a Letter of Credit <br />of cash deposit, in the amount of $2,000.00, to guarantee to the City of <br />Hugo that both buildings that are on the property line will be removed no <br />later than October 31, 1986. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.4 Merila & Associates - Rezoning <br />Merila & Associates, representing Keith Harstad, is proposing the rezoning of 25.8 <br />acres from SFE to SFU. The present proposal is downscaled from a previous request. <br />The land will incorporate 57 homesites, nine of which have already been approved. <br />The Council touched on some of the things that will need to be addressed for subdivi- <br />sion, assuming the rezoning is a p proved. <br />
