July 7, 1986 Harlee Anderson - cont. 79 MOTION: Hauer made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the subdivision application of Harlee Anderson (1986-21) to divide 22.8 acres into 3 parcels, subject to the following conditions being met: 1. A registered certificate of survey be submitted. 2. Proof of ownership is provided. 3. The south one half of 125th Street be dedicated to the easterly property line of the subdivision. 4. Parkland dedication, in the amount of $100.00, be paid. 5. At the present, it is the opinion of the City of Hugo that Fiona is an impassable road, and may be so posted. VOTING FOR: Hauer, Schwab, McAllister VOTING AGAINST: Peltier, Potts Motion Carried. 5.5 Elsie Jasinski - Subdivision Mrs. Jasinski is proposing the subdivision of the recently created 10A parcel located at the southeast corner of Greystone and 175th Street. The Council stressed fact that the City cannot subdivide property when existing buildings would cross property lines. Mrs. Jasinski stated for the record that she would allow her son, Mike, to tear down the necessary buildings as requested by the city. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the subdivision application Of Elsie Jasinski to divide 10A into 2 5 acre parcels, subject to the fol- lowing conditions: 1. The applicant pay a parkland dedication fee of $100.00. 2. The applicant, by accepting this subdivision, agrees that the two (2) buildings extending across property lines of parcel B, as indicated on Certificate of Survey dated March 8, 1985, will be removed. 3. The deed is not to be recorded until the Building Inspector certifies that the buildings have been removed. 4. Suhmission of a new Certificate of Survey. VOTING FOR: Hauer, Scwhab, McAllister VOTING AGAINST: Peltier, Potts Motion Carried. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, to grant a Special Use Permit for Mike Jasinski to construct a 40 x 63 pole building. The Building Inspector is authorized to release the Building Permit required for SUP (1986-25) after the City Clerk has certified to him that she has received a Letter of Credit of cash deposit, in the amount of $2,000.00, to guarantee to the City of Hugo that both buildings that are on the property line will be removed no later than October 31, 1986. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.4 Merila & Associates - Rezoning Merila & Associates, representing Keith Harstad, is proposing the rezoning of 25.8 acres from SFE to SFU. The present proposal is downscaled from a previous request. The land will incorporate 57 homesites, nine of which have already been approved. The Council touched on some of the things that will need to be addressed for subdivi- sion, assuming the rezoning is a p proved.
