Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that Peter Kluegel, Plumbing Inspector, <br />be directed to write or call Peter Greiskalns to set up an appointment to <br />inspect the septic system at his rental property at 8726 122nd Street. <br />The inspector is to submit a report indicating what action should be taken <br />if the system proves to be inoperative. If system is not inoperative, the <br />inspector is to advise the complaintant and the City Council. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CITY MANAGER <br />The convdttee that visited Mankato State University to meet with Dr. Barrett reported <br />was transpired at the meeting. <br />MO`T'ION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, to extend the meeting past 11:00 PM. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, to schedule a public hearing for <br />July 21, 1986, at 7:30 PM, to consider an ordinance establishing the office <br />of City Administrator for the City of Hugo under statutory Plan A. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Councilman Hauer was directed to establish a "job description" for a City Administrator. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />MOTION: <br />McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, to increase the salary of Mary Ann Creager by <br />50� per hour effective August 1, 1986. <br />All aye.
