Darrell stated that it would not be economically feasible
to go the 40' , and is now requesting authorization for a 20 x 80 addition, or
the full length of the building. The same 20' sideyard variance has been approved.
The new distance will encroach 4' into the sanitary sewer easement, but the
building will not be over the pipe. The City Engineer made an on-site inspection,
and stated that he would have no objection to the revised plan if the city was
held harmless in the event we need to go into the easement. Applicant will pay
for all fees at the time the Building Permit is obtained.
MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Amended Site Plan
for Granger, Inc., subject to the following conditions:
1. No Building Permit is issued until an agreement is drafted and signed
by both the Mayor and Granger's, Inc., officers that shows a per-
petual right to use the existing sanitary sewer easement for the
new building.
2. A hold, harmless agreement is executed by Granger, Inc.
3. The gneral contractor shall provide the city with a Certificate of Insurance.
4.
