<br /> exceed 7% per annum. An unqualified legal opinion will be
<br /> furnished by Messrs . Briggs and Morgan, of St. Paul, Minnesota.
<br /> The purpose of the Fire Equipment Bonds is to purchase fire
<br /> equipment . The purpose of the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds
<br /> is to defray the expense of various sanitary sewer improvements .
