Rod & Gun Club asked if he could delete #8 of the Special <br /> Use Permit Conditions and go by #13. He was asked to file for an amendment <br /> change in writing and submit it to the Council. <br /> Perron asked if fence should be completed, stating it would be an additional <br /> 200' . <br /> Charles Kyle regarding Minor Subdivision Permit Application. Lease made <br /> motion to approve permit, Leroux seconded. Motion carried. <br /> Frank Graham representing Northern State Power presented the Electric <br /> Service Agreement and also information pertaining to the lift stations <br /> located at 6045 Oneka Lake Blvd. and 5430 - 140th. St. No. Fees of $2,687.00 <br /> and $560.00 based on revenue against investment cost. Keep from intensifying the use of the Lake <br /> shore land, 3. Inandequate square footage of the proposed addition. <br /> Martin made motion to deny permit subject to the condition.
