DECEMBER 16, 1974 €". - 1 <br /> z.Lease made motion to 1 . LaValle contact Washington County Engineering <br /> Department regarding road. 2. Take inventory on signs we have now and put <br /> in most strategic areas. Seconded by Smith. Motion carried. <br /> Howard Schietty questioned why White Bear Rod & Gun Club was issued a <br /> Special Use Permit when conditions were not met (fence not installed in <br /> its entirety) . <br /> Lease and Smith questioned wheather the plans should go back to the Planning <br /> Commission for review as several changes have occurred since original plans <br /> were submitted. LaValle pointed out there is an annual review in May of all <br /> permits and that it could be reviewed at that time and at no delay to the <br /> Gun Club. <br /> Perron, W. B. Rod & Gun Club asked if he could delete #8 of the Special <br /> Use Permit Conditions and go by #13. He was asked to file for an amendment <br /> change in writing and submit it to the Council. <br /> Perron asked if fence should be completed, stating it would be an additional <br /> 200' . <br /> Charles Kyle regarding Minor Subdivision Permit Application. Lease made <br /> motion to approve permit, Leroux seconded. Motion carried. <br /> Frank Graham representing Northern State Power presented the Electric <br /> Service Agreement and also information pertaining to the lift stations <br /> located at 6045 Oneka Lake Blvd. and 5430 - 140th. St. No. Fees of $2,687.00 <br /> and $560.00 based on revenue against investment cost. Discussion followed and <br /> Council agreed to review the matter and bring it up at the Council Meeting <br /> on January 6, 1975. <br /> Recess called at 9:35 and meeting resumed at 9:56. <br /> Burkard presented the additonal claims as follows: <br /> Number Name Amount <br /> 34. Fire Equipment Fund 2..500.00 <br /> Total 12,211 .64 <br /> • <br /> Lease made motion to approve claims. Motion seconded by Martin. Motion <br /> Carried. <br /> Minor Subdivision and Variance for Raymond Houle was submitted without <br /> map. LaValle made motion to table application. Leroux seconded. <br /> Roy Jameson, Jr.. request for Special Use Permit was denied by Planning <br /> Commission due to the following reasons. <br /> 1 . Inadequate sewer system, 2. Keep from intensifying the use of the Lake <br /> shore land, 3. Inandequate square footage of the proposed addition. <br /> Martin made motion to deny permit subject to the condition. Lease seconded. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
