SEPTEMBER 2, 1975 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIf� <br /> F <br /> TIME: 7:12 P.M. <br /> PRESENT: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty <br /> LaValle arrived at 7:31 P.M. <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to approve <br /> minutes of August 18, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF GENERAL CLAIMS: <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Leroux seconded to approve <br /> General Claims of September 2, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> APPROVAL OF UTILITY CLAIMS: <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Sckiletty seconded to approve <br /> Utility Claims of September 2, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUEST, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES: <br /> 5.1 GANOE MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, Schletty seconded to grant a <br /> Renewal Mobile Home Permit to Neil L. Ganoe at <br /> 5625-165th. St. No. under Chapter 40, Article III, <br /> Subdivision B of the Hugo City Code, at a renewal <br /> fee of $10.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 MRS. WOLKERSTORFER — HOW TO BUILD ON 5 ACRES IN CONSERVANCY ZONE <br /> It was recommended that the only way to build on <br /> 5 acres in Conservancy was by petitioning for rezoning. <br /> 5.3 RAY PELTIER — WATER PROBLEM <br /> Stated he has water in his basement since Good Nieghbor <br /> Days, June 27-29, 1975. Living on a corner lot, stated <br /> both streets, frontand side are slanting toward his <br /> house, plus the driveway of the Fire Hall which also <br /> slants to his house. Never had a water problem before, <br /> but with the severe rains plus fireman washing hoses on <br />
