SEPTE1J3ER 159 1975 <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded that the City of <br /> Hugo place on file the letter of intent from the Grace <br /> Development Company for immediate progress in the Bald <br /> Eagle Industrial Park. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> ELDRIDGE - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, Smith seconded to accept the site plan <br /> from Dan Eldridge for Lot 1 Block 1 , Bald Eagle Industrial <br /> Park, lying in Section 30 with the following three conditions: <br /> 1 . Recommendation by the Planning Commission to dedicate one- <br /> half required additonal property for a turn-around. <br /> 2. When entranceway becomes hazardous, it will be eliminated. <br /> 3. Submit drainage plan. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> ELDRIDGE - VARIANCE APPLICATION <br /> POTION: Leroux made motion, Schletty seconded to grant a Variance to <br /> Daniel Eldridge to gravel his parking lot until the road is <br /> blacktopped at which time he will blacktop his parking lot. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded to extend meeting <br /> beyond 11 :00 P.M. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> WHITE BEAR ROD & GUN CLUB <br /> The Sewage Disposal System recommendation has been received. <br /> Attorney Johnson. gave his views on the White Bear Rod and Gun . Club <br /> Special Use Permit. <br /> Conditions number one and two, there was no question that if the <br /> conditions were not met, the Special Use Permit becomes null and <br /> void in its entirety. He also stated in condition number 22 if any <br /> undue hardship results, a request for a variance could be filed <br /> out with the City Council. <br /> As the Rod & Gun Club did not fill out their Variance until September <br /> 21 1975 the Club let the Special Use Permit go by default. The Plann- <br /> ing Commission had tabled their recommendations does not alter the <br /> conditions of the Permit. <br />
