f <br /> RESOLUTION 1975-31 <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> HUGO, MINNESOTA <br /> HELD: September 18, 1975 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br /> meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, <br /> was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> the 18th day of September, 1975, at 2 : 00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following members were present : <br /> Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty <br /> and the following were absent : <br /> Member Lease introduced the follow- <br /> ing resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS ON STREET <br /> AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS OF 1975-1 <br /> AND DEFERRING ACTION THEREON <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for <br /> street and storm sewer improvements of 1975-1, sealed bids for <br /> said improvements have been publicly opened, read aloud and <br /> considered by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council deems it advisable to defer <br /> final action on said bids; r <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, that the City Council defer <br /> final action on said bids. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br /> tion was duly seconded by member LaValle and <br /> upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: <br /> Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> none <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> and adopted. <br />
