A <br />dos L':J <br />TIME: 7:05 P.M., October 20, 1975 <br />PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith <br />ABSENT: Schletty <br />3.0 APPROVAL OF MIMUTES: <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to approve minutes <br />of October 6, 1975. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Smith. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />4.0 APPROVAL OF GENERAL CLAIMS: <br />Item 25 was questioned. Invoice from Custom Electronics <br />System Co., Inc. in the amount of $474.50 for repair of <br />base station. Base station has had problems and Council <br />felt they would like a representative from Custom Electronics <br />to appear at the next meeting for further discussion. <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to approve <br />the General Claims of October 20 deleting No. 25 <br />for a total of $49767.58. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Lem ux and Smith,. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />5.0 PETITIONS, REQUEST, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br />5.2 WASHINGTON COUNTY - REVENUE SHARING - ONEKA SHARING <br />The $5,141.00 was endorsed payable to the Washington <br />County Highway Department to be used for credit maint- <br />enance as per 123 (a) (4) of the Revenue Sharing Act. <br />5.1 R. BARTH - VARIANCE APPLICATION <br />MOTION: Leroux made motion, Lease seconded to grant <br />a Variance Application to Robert G. Barth, Sr. <br />13317 Homestead Ave. to allow a cabinet shop <br />in garage for a period of not more than 120 <br />days, with the following four conditions: <br />1. No materials to be used as part of the operation shall <br />be stored outside of the garage. <br />2. No waste or scrap materials will be stored outside the <br />garage. <br />3. No products of this operation, whether completed or <br />under constructions, shall be stored outside the garage. <br />4. All activities granted under this variance shall cease <br />by March 1, 1976, at which time this variance shall <br />become null and void. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Smith. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />
