OCTOBER 20, 1975 <br />8.0 NEW BUSINESS - CLERK CONT. <br />EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to enter into a <br />temporary and permanent easement agreement with <br />James A. and Rose M. Wisner in the amount of <br />$320.00. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Smith. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to enter into a <br />temporary and permanent easement agreement with <br />Frank and JoAnn Hovald in the amount of $275.00. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Smith. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />HORTON PROBLEM - Attorney Johnson stated he received a letter <br />from Horton's attorney stating that the Horton yard was in <br />required shape and that it was ready for inspection. Council <br />members who have viewed the area stated a few cars had been <br />removed but a fence was still down and appeared no fire lanes <br />have been built and tree planting is questionable. Attorney <br />Johnson said under the circumstances felt the yard was not <br />ready for inspection and he would notify them as such. <br />LIONS CLUB - POLE BARN - W. Johnson representing the Lions <br />C ub requested Council permission to build a pole barn in City <br />Park for the purpose of s-tor.age and at various event, a bingo <br />tent at Council recommended location. <br />Councilman Smith stated the Oneka Raiders (local 4H group) <br />is interested in maintaining bushes as a project and perhaps <br />they could work in conjunction with the Lions Club. Club was <br />willing to work with the group. <br />Council requested Club to furnish drawings and possible <br />location and felt they saw nothing objective in the Clubs request. <br />RICCI EASEMENT - Attorney Johnson and Councilman LaValle were <br />to inspect Ricci property to determine extent of easement. <br />RICCI BUILDING PERMIT: <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to direct the <br />Building Inspector to issue a Building Permit to Robert <br />Ricci for Lot 2 of K. Granger addition, for the building <br />of front footings and basement wall subject to the <br />plat approval. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle Leroux and Smith. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />
